The Eco Removal Systems Gum Removal Truck is an innovative, power-assisted street cleaning device that removes chewing gum and graffiti while aiding in general waste collection. Operable by a single person with minimal effort, it features an eco-friendly lance that vaporises gum without damaging surfaces.

The trolley’s curved enclosure protects pedestrians and internal electronics, a bin with a lid keeps waste tidy, and an LED light strap signals when in operation.

A compact system for demanding streets

The challenge was to combine several demanding street-cleaning tasks in one compact, easy-to-manoeuvre trolley. It needed to carry the gum-removal system, waste collection and onboard electronics, while remaining comfortable for a single operator to move through busy public spaces.

That meant balancing capacity, protection and access with a friendly, robust form. The curved enclosure shields pedestrians and internal components, the lidded bin keeps waste contained, and clear operational lighting helps the truck communicate when it is working.
